E-mail Campaign Manager and Marketing Analytics Specialist

Your team responsibilities
In this role the successful candidate will work as part of the Marketing Automation team on the creation and delivery of MSCI’s client and prospect email communications and marketing automation campaigns In addition the candidate will be responsible for generating digital campaign metric reports. The Email Developer and Marketing Analytics Specialist will report to the leader of the Marketing Automation team and work closely with the Product Marketing, Content Management and Digital Marketing teams to determine objectives and specifications to ensure a quality result. This position requires an individual with proven knowledge of html, user experience design, digital marketing metrics, email best practices, database management and possess a keen attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities
- Independently manage entire email and marketing automation campaigns from planning to delivery
- Adapt the company’s in-house built email templates based on the requirements of a particular email content
- Keep emails in line with the company’s branding guidelines and email practices, ensuring quality and consistency across various email clients
- Gather and report email campaign performance metrics and identify trends in overall awareness, engagement and conversion
- Work with internal stakeholders to assess the campaign objectives and deliver the campaign goals
- Identify the best list construction, email delivery, tracking, and data flow methods based on the target audience and campaign objectives
- Offer solutions to stakeholders for improving audience targeting, personalization and email metrics
- Build email campaign tracking and automation items as required (tracked URLs, drip and engagement programs, landing pages etc.)
- Deliver campaigns through marketing automation tool, monitor statistics and communicate analytics
- Manage large data sets and enforce contact management protocols
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Solid knowledge of html coding (html email preferred) including table structures, CSS and inline styling
- Experience in graphic design for online surfaces
- Experience with html development tools (e.g. Adobe Dreamweaver) and graphics editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation tool
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system is a plus
- Understanding of Google Analytics
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a demanding global environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English
- Comfort in dealing with senior stakeholders
