The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations serves as a strategic partner on the overall vision and strategy of the department, facilitating daily operations and providing infrastructure support through data collection, analysis, measurement/metrics and continual research/implementation of best practices that reinforce evolving marketing strategies.
This role will require an innovative person who is inherently good at leveraging the data that technology creates. Someone technically savvy and a strategic thinker who is skilled at aligning teams and building strong relationships to make sure the marketing automation systems and data is being properly collected and connected. This includes making sure the marketing team has the tools and training needed to provide the highest standard of usage of the data and technology. The ideal candidate is expected to bring hands-on experience with campaign management lifecycle, including leading campaign operations.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and run NAVEX’s global marketing operations (US, EMEA, APAC), acting as the subject matter expert for Marketing Operations and Automation for our global marketing teams
- Continuously lead, build, coach and inspire staff with the goal of ongoing individual improvement and retention, establishing a culture that encourages and motivates members to achieve their maximum potential
- Manage and support the execution of email campaigns and automation
- Be a collaborative partner on strategy, planning and execution within MOPs, Marketing and the broader organization
- Develop and manage the Marketing Operations strategy and roadmap in conjunction with the Marketing group and company objectives
- Continuously improving cadences, workflows, nurture tracks, drip campaigns, campaign structures, processes and automation
- Own and manage the MarTech stack programs and applications, technology integrations, business relationships, contract origination and renewal (including but not limited to Marketo, SFDC, Litmus, Terminus, Zapier, 6sense, Webinar.net)
- Support teams in data extraction for various projects from all internal databases and other data sources, overseeing data hygiene and cleanliness
- Be a key partner and leader within the Data Governance team and meetings.
- Regularly audit errors, workflows, website forms and makes updates to emails and landing pages
What You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations-focused leadership role, preferably with a technology company and 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- In-depth knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce required; working knowledge of ABX platform preferred
- Experience developing partnerships across multiple departments, including Sales, Sales Ops, BDRs, Business Systems, Customer Success
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws
- Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to plan, make and communicate sound decisions effectively
- Demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with all levels of the organization
- A mindset for optimization and testing, with a track record of constantly improving marketing programs and testing new ways of executing to deliver meaningful results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
