Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technology industry B2B marketer to lead the global partner marketing strategy and engagement with Siemens. This highly visible role will work closely with the partner, with the partner sales organization, product, field, brand, digital, and partner marketing teams to build, execute, track, and refine a marketing strategy that drives acquisition and engagement across the customer journey. This role requires a proven leader with experience working with large, global technology partners, ideally in the manufacturing industry, to drive demand generation and co-sell. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a builder’s mentality and a successful track record in technology marketing. They have a relentless focus on the end customer and love building and executing innovative campaigns that are data-driven and add value for customers. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting technology business. Position may be located in Austin, TX or near any Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office only. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.
- Work closely with partners and cross-functionally to build and lead the global marketing strategy and execution, with KPI responsibility.
- Create and execute integrated campaigns that include assets, email, paid, blog, social media, PR/AR and whatever creative ideas you bring; to drive awareness, user engagement and help customers advance from awareness to purchase
- Manage content and digital advertising projects with agencies and in-house experts, evangelists, marketers, writers, and designers
- Work with web, digital and operations teams to monitor and optimize asset/campaign performance
- Influence decision-making across a matrixed organization
- Clearly communicate strategy, recommendations, and results to internal and partner leaders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing, product marketing, marketing, demand generation in high-technology companies
- 5+ years of marketing experience working at or with large ISV partners
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Manufacturing Industry Marketing Experience
-Experience developing campaigns aligned to target solution segments and/or industries with demonstrated ability to develop compelling thought leadership content and strong working knowledge of best practices in digital and social media
-Demonstrated experience in working with leaders to drive pipeline and revenue
-Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
-Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail to uphold AWS branding and messaging guidelines across all content and collateral.
-Excellent project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
-Storyteller with proven visual and written communication skills and the ability to present complex information simply with a relatable, human touch
-A critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to turn high-level business requirements into programs that drive user engagement
-Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other marketing software will be helpful
-Willing to travel worldwide to meet with leaders, partners, attend events and support the team (up to 30% travel)

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $100, 000k – 160,000k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
