Job summary
Do you have a passion for B2B CRM, digital communications, and customer experience? Are you looking for a high impact, global marketing role in one of Amazon’s most significant and fastest growing businesses?

If yes, the US Global Sales (USGS) Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced CRM Marketing Manager. USGS is the team supporting US based Amazon Sellers grow their business internationally. This role is responsible for end-to-end Email Marketing to drive awareness, adoption of our products and services, and to provide beneficial education to help US based Amazon sellers.

This role is both strategic and tactical with end-to-end campaign ownership including strategy, building, execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate is equally skilled at creative writing and technical production. This requires deep understanding of sellers, business, services, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

Key job responsibilities
• Enhance our CRM strategy and execution while developing automated and scalable campaigns to help nurture leads across multiple different global marketplaces.
• Own campaigns from end-to-end: Devise, launch, test and optimize campaigns across the seller lifecycle, starting with email and growing to push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Create A/B test variations for ongoing performance improvements.
• Own performance reports, insights, and recommendations across multiple marketplaces and share best results to broader organization.
• Using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience with marketing / CRM experience; professional non-internship
• 4+ years experience building, executing, testing and scaling email marketing campaigns from concept to completion, with a focus in engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deep hands-on experience in building B2B marketing programs using Pardot and Salesforce to help drive highly qualified leads into the sales funnel.
• Excellent understanding of Engagement studio in setting up lead nurturing programs.
• Experience using and editing HTML or other coding language.
• Strong strategy and analytics skills. Ability to set relevant KPI, perform deep-dive analysis, build dashboards and share insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and independent; thrives in a startup out of the box thinking environment.
• SQL skills
• Project management experience and fanatical attention to detail
• Experience working with a fast-paced and geographically diverse sales organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive progress
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
