Job summary
We are seeking a Content Producer/Strategic Storyteller to produce rich and engaging content that informs, educates, and inspires. The ideal candidate is an expert in creating world-class digital content specializing in narrative form visual storytelling that can change the hearts and minds of stakeholders. This person will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented and a strong communicator, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful, this individual should be comfortable in ambiguity, enjoy problem solving, and have a clear point of view and creative vision.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the creation of world-class breakthrough creative that supports our efforts to establish an accurate and positive narrative around selling in our store with influential audiences.
• Create inspirational content and marketing assets across various formats e.g., TV, videos, interviews/testimonials, and more.
• Lead the creation of scalable creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Set the creative bar internally across the organization while developing aspirational work that inspires our audiences.
• Leverage external relationships in order to bring the most exceptional freelancers and vendors to projects as needed.
• Organizing promotional efforts including native, social, and external distribution
• Attracting, engaging, and retaining a diverse team, and lead through others
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in producing stories/content across disciplines and media (text, design, video, events, etc.) from concept to final deliverable
• Experience in visual journalism or brand storytelling
• Experience in current design & production software, videography, and photography
• A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to turn ideas into a creative vision
• Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects and the ability to meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in driving a multi-channel content and editorial strategy
• Experience developing, managing, and analyzing content amplification strategies
• Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up strategic recommendations
• Proven experience making high judgement decisions and complex trade-offs in a high visibility situation and navigating large, diverse, and senior stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional leadership presence.
