Job summary
Amazon is looking for an experienced, results-driven field marketing manager to support the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training and Certification Greater China Region marketing team.
In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training and Certification GCR field marketing team. You will work with your manager to develop comprehensive annual marketing strategy and plan that is aligned with T&C GCR BD, and AWS GCR field marketing team. You will drive marketing plan focusing on life cycle nuturing and support BD to create customer story to promote training and certification value. This candidate will need to be independent and creative to think out of the box and create solutions to drive training as part of the consumer lifecycle. You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics. You will employ a heavy bias towards automation, always looking for opportunities to drive the optimal customer experience and internal efficiencies in a scalable way. Our ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. This person will understand marketing technology and have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to build multi-channel digital programs that drive business results. They will implement and execute campaigns, including the successful build, launch, and analysis of email, web, social media, and paid media campaigns across various geographies and languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintains the day-to-day management of email, web and digital operations including build, QA, deployment, and reporting for GCR Campaigns
• Collaborates with GCR T&C delivery team, global T&C marketing team, regional T&C marketing team and GCR marketing team and other internal stakeholders to create the best experiences from lifecycle point of view.
• Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers
• Implements the targeting and customer segmentation for lifecycle campaigns
• Develops and executes test plans across all channels
• Support business team on enterprise communication needs and building customer stories
• Supports event and webinar and innovate on engagement tactics to drive individual training number.
• Provides campaign performance analysis and communicates and implements timely optimizations to drive results
• Supports localization for the campaigns and transcreation of global campaign to local assets for campaign usage.
• Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns including asset hierarchy, asset management, etc
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role
• Demonstrated experience working with multi team to align on business goal and drive team performance.
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, economics, business, IT, engineering or related discipline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely well organized and detail oriented
• Deadline driven
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media
• Marketo Certified Expert
• Adobe CQ or equivalent CMS build experience
• Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce.com, Splashthat, and Qualtrics
• Experience with B2B marketing, specifically high-tech products/services
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills – comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
• Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement
• Passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills
• Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency
• Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams
• Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
