Job Description
Responsible for developing, owning and advancing the strategic vision and road map for 2 direct marketing mobile channels to grow Discovers market share of e-commerce and emerging payments volume. Responsibilities include defining the product features, positioning, business terms/rules of use and best in class user experience(s).
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for developing, owning and advancing the strategic vision and road map for text & app push mobile channels to grow Discovers market share of e-commerce and emerging payments volume. Responsibilities include defining new product features, priorities, positioning, business terms/rules of use and best in class user experience(s).
How You’ll Do It:
Develops comprehensive understanding of current end-to-end digital marketing technology stack spanning internal and external capabilities. Undertakes opportunity analysis of digital platform functionality gaps and under-utilized capabilities.
Collaborates with agency, campaign managers on channel solutioning and evolution
Develops, prioritizes and implements roadmap for digital platform enhancements, , real-time decisions and processes efficiency to drive speed to market and increased relevance.
Manages marketing platform vendors to unlock full capabilities of the platform and execute per plan.
Partners with product owners, business partners, campaign managers and sourcing teams for new solution REPs, vendor/agency evaluations, POCs, and technology updates.
Maintains in-depth expertise in the fast evolving marketing technology landscapes. Anticipates and responds to evolving industry and digital marketing trends, changes & capabilities.
Leverages DMS best practices to drive improvement and innovation for Campaign Reform (barometer, standard work, huddles, etc)
What You’ll Need:
Bachelors in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business or IT
4+ years Marketing, Digital Marketing, Technology, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Communications,
Even Better If You Have:
Masters in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business or IT
6+ years Product Development, Mobile & Digital Payments, eCommerce, Digital Cloud text & app push channels experience
In Lieu of Education Experience
6+ years Product Development, Mobile & Digital Payments, eCommerce, Digital Wallets, Cloud Wallets, or related experience
