Amazon is in a unique position to leverage its core skill of supply chain and extend the same to customers who wish to sell on Amazon as well as elsewhere.
Key job responsibilities
As the email marketing manager, you will be responsible for the full life cycle experience for ADFS customers on the email channel, including building the strategy, implementing the roadmap, and managing multiple email campaigns. You will work closely with content, product marketing, and business teams to improve seller experience and empower business metrics.
Own overall customer experience and engagement through email and optimize based on sellers insights and analysis
Build audiences and customer segmentation, deliver deep insights through data analysis and behavioral retargeting
Create and manage monthly email content calendar for ADFS business
Proactively monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance
Develop high-impact A/B testing to improve email performance and continually improve performance
Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver key business goals through email (including generating sales qualified leads, launching new customers and increasing program adoption)
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years working in marketing 3+ years in email management
Proven record of driving business through email/CRM, have the capability to deal with complex email programs
Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
Ability to use hard data and metrics from different data sources to measure performance and use data to drive optimizations
Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Tech.
