We’re looking for an innovative and passionate marketer who enjoys a highly ambiguous environment to join the Prime Video Europe team. You must be a resilient and curious leader that has planned and launched multiple integrated, 360 campaigns, across print, television/video, online, outdoor, experiential and social media, preferably at a global level. The Live Sports Marketing Lead will implement the strategy for sports in multiple countries, helping drive material growth and awareness for our biggest events.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop innovative marketing campaign strategy and planning for Live Sports events from end-to-end
  • Working with a wide-range of internal partners, to document and present strategies to senior leadership and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences
  • Think across platforms and channels, mastering the idiosyncrasies of each and understanding the role of each in the overall campaign planning
  • Elevate and help inspire the output of our internal and external partners (creative agency and production partners) to ensure campaigns meet a high-level of creativity and innovation
  • Real-time decision making to Prime Video leadership using campaign reporting and analysis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns on time and within budget
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production
  • Fluent in verbal and written German and English with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in the sports or entertainment (Film/TV) industry
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and leading future direction
  • A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
  • Multi-lingual, ideally French, Italian and/or Spanish speaker
  • Highly analytical thinker, passionate about the value of quantitative data and compelled to find insight in it
