Job summary
We are looking for person who gets under the hood of the marketing automation platform and CRM systems. This person should understand how to get different technologies to work well together. It’s also critically important that this person understands how to apply technology to support a business process and campaign workflows.

As an Marketing Automation Specialist, this person should have strong analytical skills, work closely with Demand gen campaign team. This person should be the most technical Marketing automation user on the team but also strong demand generation skill using a variety of technologies and platform. This person should have deep knowledge and understanding of automation tool, CRM and how all these system working together.

Key job responsibilities
1- To configure the campaign, test and launch the solution within the tool. Building automated campaign, reporting, and list segmentation.
2- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvement for the solution and the process.
3- Ensure that best practice are being followed to achieve maximum efficiency.
4- Knowledge of demand generation strategies, campaign execution tactics/best practices, data hygiene and reporting capabilities.
5- Manage Reporting, lead database within the tool.
6- Deep & Technical knowledge about marketing automation.
7- Sound Knowledge on drip marketing and designing trigger / nurture programs
8- Deep understanding for testing the program
9- Understanding the lead tracking system
10- Experience on working within large/complex matrix structured enterprise organizations
11- Sound knowledge in Java script
12- Analyze and utilize data to improve Marketing program performance
13- Partner with digital channel teams to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1- Should have 45 years of experience using a Marketing Automation tool (Marketo)
2- Web development and digital design skills (HTML at a minimum)
3- API integration with Marketing Automation
4- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy despite deadline pressure
5- Ability to meet tight deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills
6- Strong analytical skills
7- Excellent Communication
