Wunderkind is looking for a resourceful, strategic client marketer looking to lead our marketing initiatives and strategies as we continue to grow our base of media clients (e.g. BuzzFeed, Conde Nast, CNN, Time, NBC, Refinery29, etc). As a client marketer with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes, you will be engaging with our community of current clients and identifying opportunities for expanding our client base. You’ll think of creative strategies to garner testimonials, engage potential new clients, and improve the overall client experience.
We have an innovative and truly differentiated enterprise product that fundamentally amplifies how publishers generate revenue and you would play a key part in evangelizing that value. Our client list includes some of the greatest media brands in the country who rely on us to grow their email newsletter subscribers, their paid digital subscribers, and their advertising revenue.
As a Client Marketing Manager for Publishers, you will be creating unique client experiences and getting clients excited about new ways to increase their revenue and expand Wunderkind’s relationship with them.

This role will report directly to the CMO.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with our existing marketing org to help facilitate broader company collaboration which will help support client delight activities directly impacting renewal and expansion.
- Leverage an analytical approach to interpret performance trends and demonstrate ROI.
- Increase client referrals, generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and drive loyalty.
- Build and implement client marketing programs, focused on identifying, empowering and rewarding advocacy among digital media clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to produce events, experiences and content campaigns to achieve bold growth objectives.
- Lead and manage client engagement and communication programs.
- Identify key customers and clients that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, roundtables, etc.
- Assist marketing and sales in meeting business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.
- Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in product and/or client marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills that can be translated into the development of marketing materials
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Event marketing and speaking engagements
- Knowledge of Digital Media and Publisher industries
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce)
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy; project management skills
