Your Impact

You will be an Associate on the Marcus Deposit and Invest Acquisition team, playing a critical role in our growth. The ideal candidate will work with the head of acquisition strategy to define acquisition strategy, manage marketing performance, and drive strategic initiative important to our digital acquisition roadmap. You will be responsible for working across business, marketing, product, research, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business efforts, and help shape the strategic decisions to improve marketing performance and capabilities. This includes aligning performance across many different digital acquisition channels,

Your Responsibilities

  • Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products
  • Assist in guiding strategic marketing decisions to improve customer growth based on performance and business priorities
  • Monitor performance and analyze reporting data to make recommendations to improve key marketing KPIs
  • Guide strategic initiatives and projects to improve marketing performance
  • Provide marketing analytics for campaigns and evaluate the insights to share with the team
  • Analyze the performance of marketing programs to recommend changes to drive optimal performance to meet business growth goals
  • Work with research to get customer feedback to drive new consumer insights that inform marketing strategy
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across teams such as business, research, marketing, product to ensure marketing team deliverables are met
  • Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 3-5+ years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with multiple verticals of digital marketing
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, ideally web analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.), Access and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SPSS, R, SQL and Tableau beneficial but not necessary
