Our Paper Brand Ambassadors are essential in promoting what is possible when students have equitable 24/7 academic support. As a member of the Brand Ambassador Team, you will spread brand awareness by facilitating engaging sessions that drive student adoption and create Paper champions across the nation! We are an enthusiastic, collaborative team that enjoys sharing ideas and best practices. We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking individual that understands the K-12 industry in today’s ever-changing landscape.
This position can be located in Ohio, Illinois or Tennessee.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customized Paper learning experiences such as workshops, Zoom webinars, contests and much more that will educate and inspire administrators, teachers, parents and students to integrate Paper into their classrooms and schools.
- Foster Paper brand awareness across school districts virtually and in-person through workshops, district-based events, and social media platforms.
- Strategize with the internal Paper teams to grow relationships with key Paper champions on the ground.
- Help expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement.
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable speaking in front and engaging with large groups.
- Has 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education, customer service or marketing.
- Has working knowledge of K-12 education industry trends.
- Proficient in using Twitter and staying current on social media platforms and trends.
- Outgoing individual with strong communication skills who is energized by engaging with customers.
- Must be high energy and able to build excitement with customers.
- A self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate.
Nice to have:
- Has experience leading professional development within a district.
- Has led virtual gamified events within a school district.
- Has experience creating content on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn.

This role will require high-volume seasonal travel, expenses will be covered by PAPER.
