Overview
As the Global Employer Brand Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a great hybrid role supporting employer brand and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) sourcing strategy. You’ll will partner across talent acquisition, marketing and the business to manage projects, build employer brand awareness, communicate our value proposition and lead diversity partnership optimizations for BNY Mellon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage BNY Mellon’s global employer brand marketing toolkit development for enterprise campaigns and segmented audiences from early careers to executive level
- Partner with Global Employer Brand and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) stakeholders ensuring adherence to established employer brand guidelines and diversity sourcing strategies
- Bring the employer brand to life with emphasis on DEI storytelling management in the form of blogs, digital content, video projects for candidate distribution channels
- Manage virtual and physical recruitment event marketing based on established best practices
- Strategic use of existing and new technology platforms for increased brand content delivery and collect KPIs and ROI metrics for measuring
- Partner with talent acquisition on best practice projects, team trainings to build and improve candidate experience
- Manage virtual and physical recruitment diversity events and partnerships
About you:
- Experience leading global employer brand and recruitment marketing projects as part of communications, marketing, HR or recruitment team
- Proven track record of applying DEI principles in executing successful employer brand/marketing initiatives that lead to measurable increased traffic and/or hires
- Possess a global mindset and experience operating internationally across large, highly matrixed organizations and experience consulting with the business as subject matter expert and working with external suppliers processing projects
- Talented copywriter with a strong design sensibility and project management, presentation and communication skills
- Genuine passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives
