Job summary
The APJ Partner Marketing team is looking for a integrated campaign manager to own the creation, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. In this key role, you will contribute to the overall audience marketing strategy, and be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that deliver on priority business goals and objectives; in collaboration with partner(s).

The partner campaign manager will execute and manage end-to-end campaign planning for their designated target segment or audience or partners (i.e. IT decision makers, Business decision makers, or CxOs) – always ensuring that the campaigns are aligned to strategic business objectives. A main priority of the campaign manager is to design and implement a connected customer journey for the audiences they address. Campaign managers consult and influence across various functions, including global marketing teams, sales teams, partner marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and field marketing, always operating in a collaborative approach.

As part of the role, you will need a balance of analytical skills and creativity. Leveraging data to identify what’s working, make changes and ensure we hit our campaign targets is critical while looking for new ideas and creative content that gets our customers interested in AWS and/or partner solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop campaign design, forecasts on expected results and offer recommendations to meet targets
• Project management for the demand generation and/or nurture campaigns
• Create or adapt campaign content including social media posts, emails, landing pages, and advertisements for Facebook, LinkedIn
• Expertise in marketing channel mix (email, paid social, organic social, virtual events, content syndication, etc.)
• Work closely with agency on paid media planning and consultation
• Analyze data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and present to key stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing role.
• Hands on experience in email marketing and knowledge in utilizing web and various digital marketing channels (e.g. social, search) to drive optimal results.
• Experience on building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com or other email and CRM platforms.
• Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
• Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics. Experience working with marketing response and direct sales teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail which means deliverables are polished and ready for an executive audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Communications, or comparable education/experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience running co-marketing campaigns with partners
• Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud solutions is a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email and other digital campaign optimization
• Track record of driving large-scale marketing campaigns with significant associated budgets
• Experience managing agency partners and creative/content development
• Experience using Salesforce, Adobe CQ, Adobe Target, and other email, CMS and targeting marketing platforms
