Sales Operations Assistant (12 Months Contract)
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Compliance & Sales Administrative Duties as required by the Singapore Customer Development Team
- Sales accruals and claims management
- Liaise with marketing team to update internal sales compliance forms
- Liaise with Finance team on audit and sales compliance related tasks
- Gatekeeper to ensure timely submission of sales accrual & claims forms
- Prepare sales compliance scorecards for tracking purposes
- Generate management reports for month-end sales closing
Sales Operations Support (Modern Trade & General Trade)
- Maintenance of key information in internal ops management system (routing, products, DPSM metrics etc.)
- Compiling the sales compensation for merchandisers
- Updating sales merchandisers’ store order forms
- Support General Trade administrative functions
- Liaison on any IT & system issues related to ops management system
- Other ad-hoc operations support duties as required by the team
- Generating reports for management perusal
Apprentice to managing Customers’ (E.G. FairPrice / Watsons) business for Kimberly Clark
- Supporting key accounts in ad-hoc projects (store briefings, customer presentations etc.)
- Supporting key accounts in preparation of business meetings with customers
Other administrative tasks as required, to the Singapore Customer Development and Trade Marketing Teams
Essential Knowledge/ Experience:
- Fresh Diploma graduates who are willing to take on this role in an administrative capacity are welcome to apply
- Strong in excel skills
