Job summary
The Twitch Client Measurement Manager, will be a part of the team to develop the strategy, establish process & drive compliance for advertiser measurement at Twitch. You will lead measurement from end to end from the development of new products, maintenance of existing measurement products and execution of campaign measurement. The Manager is a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders (Twitch sales team, planners, client success, ad operations) and external stakeholders (advertising agency and advertisers) and will work closely with these partners to set business objectives, define success metrics and generate delivery roadmaps. We are looking for someone who can develop impactful measurement solutions that help Twitch retain and grow its advertising business by providing operational excellence and strategic guidance.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and execute against 1st and 3rd Party measurement strategies for Twitch Media Sales and Twitch Properties with particular emphasis on effectiveness (e.g. brand lift, sales lift)
• Advise clients and internal teams on the development of measurement solutions & learning agendas for campaigns
• Establish client KPIs and campaign tracking efforts for key initiatives
• Present measurement results to clients in partnership with Sales and Client Success teams and establish learnings and best practices for accounts and verticals
• Manage normative database and surface insights around trends and best practices to inform business decisions
• Work with various internal teams to evaluate, develop and onboard new measurement partners
• Effectively and clearly communicate measurement capabilities to the marketplace in partnership with Product Marketing team
• Work with Sales Enablement to create training materials and track compliance of measurement processes among key Sales stakeholders
• Drive testing of new Twitch (and Amazon) ad products and work with product marketing to develop sales marketing narratives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ experience in client-facing insights & measurement roles
• Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent data driven storytelling skills you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals.
• Complete understanding of the end-to-end process of marketing campaign development and execution
• Knowledge base of effectiveness measurement as it pertains to the advertising industry (Kantar, Dynata, NCS, Placed, etc)
• Background with media measurement tools and methodology from Brand Lift to Attribution
• Experience with statistical analysis and experience in survey design & analysis
• Strong project and time management skills with experience partnering with teams from across the business
• Must be able to efficiently multitask multiple campaign delivery timelines at varying stages of delivery
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience delivering client facing reports and presenting strategic recommendations that drive change
• Experience with advertiser/media agency or premium publishers
• Experience in delivery measurement (e.g. reach, demo profiling, viewability, IVT etc.) and vendors that service these products
