Job summary
The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want. We are just getting started in Brazil with Prime Video, but have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.

We are looking for or a highly-motivated, innovative and results-oriented Campaign Specialist to join the team, and help grow our business. The role will focus on the marketing and planning of our key Exclusive and Original TV shows and films. This role will span support across a wide-range of cross functional teams and external partners which will include vendors, production companies and creative agencies. You will be a successful marketer that delivers results and have worked within the media or entertainment industry, agency or client side.

You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across big cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable negotiating with key business partners and global Amazon teams to gain alignment on marketing plans and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, has the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others and drive results.

They should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. They balance creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. Candidates should be both idea generators and builders, with a sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences with measurable results. They should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support the development of launch plans and execution of our Exclusive and Original TV show and films;
  • Develop audience testing and research;
  • Support creative process from concept ideas to testing , to deployment in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Partner with a wide-range of internal teams (from Marketing to Tech teams) to identify and prioritize needs for the Exclusive and Original shows and films;
  • Document and present strategies and periodic updates to internal and external audiences, including stakeholder’s management and progress reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience in consumer marketing;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others;
  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English;
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the Media and TV industry/space, experience in digital video marketing;
  • Experience with marketing creative development, working with agencies and production vendors;
  • Effective quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
