Job Description

Become a key member of a team of regional retail marketing experts within the EMEA Field Marketing Organization, responsible for planning and execution of marketing activities with the largest PC Retailers throughout the region. The core element of the role is to support the effective utilization of allocated funds for impactful marketing execution in collaboration with the Intel Retailer Sales Managers (RSMs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Intel RSMs in developing robust & comprehensive quarterly marketing plans
  • Evaluating & approving all proposed activities to ensure they deliver reasonable market value/ROI
  • Tracking allocated budgets & working with RSMs to ensure full utilization
  • Monitoring the execution of specified activities with key retailers & generating reports in the form of scorecards
  • Analysing investments & recommending changes to marketing mix to align with best known models
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by tracking escalations to ensure timely payments are executed

At Intel, our internships are usually around 12-24 months long, and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree to support your educational and professional development at the same time.

Hybrid/remote mode

In the current situation the internship will take place remotely, however due to the planned change to a hybrid mode of work at the end of the year we prefer that as an intern in a new team and environment you have the possibility to relocate to Gdańsk in the future. However, working in other locations in Poland could be possible.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship.

As the ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Currently studying for Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Process and solution oriented with a great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence internal stakeholders

It would be an advantage if you had interest/knowledge and would like to develop your skills in:

  • Planning, developing and maintaining budgets and marketing plans
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple and projects with tight deadlines
  • Analytical, with a constant focus on metrics, measurement and optimization
