Are you passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising? TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Strategy & Operations team to lead the go-to-market strategy for our existing and emerging commerce ad solutions in North America. In this role, you will drive product positioning, product education, product adoption, and revenue. You will be the voice of the market and collect, prioritize, and share meaningful insights with the product team that help shape the future of TikTok’s commerce advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for commerce advertising solutions in region. This includes developing product positioning, internal/external materials, alpha/beta plans, market education, best practices, case studies, and sales enablement strategies.
– Drive product adoption, revenue, and market insights for your products. Share progress and updates with leadership, product team, and other business partners.
– Partner with multiple stakeholders to drive business results. This may include external advertisers and cross-functional teams like Global Product Marketing, Product Managers, Sales, Global Business Marketing, Partnerships teams, Measurement team, etc.
– Represent the North America market for your products. Collect and synthesize feedback to help drive new features and shape the future of TikTok’s commerce ads roadmap.
– Be the advocate for the product, customers, market, and business at key forums both internally and externally. Lead business enablement and engagement activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
– BA/BS degree.
– Strong understanding of retail and e-Commerce industry and the digital advertising landscape. Familiarity with existing e-Commerce advertising solutions at Google, Meta, Amazon, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
– 3+ years of experience working with or in retail or e-Commerce industries. Ideally, with direct experience in digital marketing at a merchant, agency, or advertising platform.
– 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product strategy, or product management with advertising technology products.
– Experience developing go-to-market strategies and driving products from alpha to general availability.
– Experience working with sales and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
– MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
