Job summary
Do you want to make a meaningful and lasting impact on a rapidly growing Amazon business? Come and define the future of Alexa for Hispanic users by joining the Alexa Americas marketing team based in Bellevue. We are looking for a customer-focused marketing professional to create and execute communication initiatives that allow customers to discover delightful features and content that drive long-term Alexa engagement. In this role, you will be challenged to innovate and pioneer approaches to drive scalable marketing programs across owned and paid media to reach a diverse group of Spanish-speaking Alexa users in the Americas region. The role will have no direct reports but will engage and work closely across a broad set of stakeholders in the Alexa international organization as it is pivotal to build and localize lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop a data driven customer understanding. Analyze inputs and data from multiple sources to attain relevant insights on Hispanic customers’ that drive customer acquisition, Alexa activation (engagement) and Alexa habitual usage (retention).
• End-to-end marketing programs ownership. Build scalable multi-channel acquisition and engagement campaigns and be accountable for content definition, merchandising vehicles execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Launch dedicated feature awareness and engagement experiments (A/B-tests) for owned and paid media and monitor the performance to optimize their impact on key business goals.
• Localize international marketing programs for owned and paid media by working with global marketing teams to tailor campaigns to meet local requirements and track their impact on key business goals.
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with strategic stakeholders (content developers, devices and features PMs, channels/media PMs, global marketing teams, external agencies, etc.) to develop a high-impact marketing communication roadmap and efficient executions.
• Set campaign goals, analyze key metrics and report weekly the impact of the marketing activities on the engagement metrics performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline
• 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of successfully planning and executing all tactical activities required to surface consumer-focused marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience building reports and using hard data and metrics to measure, evaluate, report and optimize marketing programs’ performance.
• Strong organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize well and program management experience covering multiple projects and diverse goals.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English in speaking, reading and writing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-starter able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Experience planning and executing owned and paid digital media (landing pages, on-app placements, email marketing, social media, display advertising, …).
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.
• Experience running A/B-tests.
• Experience launching new communication channels.
