We are seeking an all-around marketing athlete to step into a variety of different roles when Amazon Ads marketers take extended leaves. This new function will make an impact across the Ads org and will enable the right marketer to hone different skills and get broad exposure across Amazon Ads.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded general marketer, with experience across at least one discipline including brand, channel, performance, content, executive engagement, training, and/or product marketing. The right candidate is excited to learn, step into new spaces, and solve hard problems across the business, navigating confidently through ambiguity.

This is a highly visible role that will work across all marketing teams globally. This role will gain insight into marketing strategy across diverse programs and will be a connective fiber between teams. This role will have direct access to leaders across brand, demand generation, sales, and product teams, and can grow across multiple disciplines in a uniquely multi-functional space.

Key job responsibilities
• Work in high-visibility roles to solve marketing and business needs.
• Personally create compelling, customer obsessed marketing content.
• Dive deep and make an impact on various marketing programs with different managers, customers, goals, deliverables, and durations.
• Build strong, cross functional relationships with insights, sales, product, other marketing functions, PR, and legal.
• Embrace ambiguity and approach challenges with a growth mindset.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience across at least one marketing discipline including brand, channel, performance, content, executive engagement, training, and/or product marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Someone who is curious, driven, and embraces challenges with a growth mindset.
