Your Mission:

As the Digital Marketing Project Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Creative Services Projects, as well as the Digital Marketing and Creative Services teams to manage and track the creation and production of digital content used to market and drive awareness of Medidata and its range of offerings including social media, email, search, display advertising, and landing pages. The Digital Marketing Project Specialist will also collaborate with the Creative Services Project Specialist to support the success of day-to-day content projects and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the marketing organization to ensure the success of all digital projects.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects from kick-off to completion, including the creation of project schedules, tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met, and regularly corresponding with all team members and stakeholders. 

  • Independently manage several workflows that require a meticulous sense of detail and understanding of the overall digital marketing strategy and vision.

  • Support the implementation of new workflow processes and procedures that will contribute to better team communication and project development.

  • Ensure meetings are scheduled, productive, and documented for future reference.

  • Support the implementation and management of a digital asset platform.

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors and manage project billing and PO creation.

Your Competencies:

  • Sound understanding of digital marketing processes and proven project and relationship management experience

  • Excellent communicator and problem solver with organizational and time-management skills – self-motivated, high-energy, adaptable, resourceful, and results-oriented; able to work in both a team environment and independently

  • Strong understand of the digital marketing process and how to build and execute a creative brief

  • Strong knowledge of web development, SEO, HTML/CSS, social media best practices, and experience with WordPress
  • Ability to organize and understand project requirements that may at times be ambiguous

  • Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple interdependencies and variety of stakeholders

  • Experience working with a wide network of partners in digital and creative execution on a global team

Your Education & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of digital marketing or digital project management experience in an agency or in-house 

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
