Job summary
The WW B2BP Marketing team supports all marketing efforts related to B2B payments products, including the Small Business Credit Card, B2B Invoicing and Lending solutions. We focus on generating awareness, driving adoption and encouraging usage of the payment and invoicing products, and also support the education of customers on payment products/features usage in conjunction with other relevant B2B features and tools that improve their user experience.

We are looking for a talented, self-directed North America lead who will develop, implement, and analyze regional strategy and performance to grow the business. They will be responsible for understanding customer pain points, leveraging variety of marketing channels to increase adoption and usage, and creating specific messaging based on customer segments. This role will devise and direct overall marketing strategies that span multiple payments products across small, medium, and enterprise customers across full customer lifecycle. They will manage two product marketing managers and will be responsible for meeting regional business goals and marketing performance metrics.

Successful candidates will form strong cross-functional partner relationships, influence senior leadership, understand how marketing drives portfolio growth, and have extensive functional marketing craft. They will work with Finance, Tech, Product, Legal, Channel Owners, and Operational partners to champion their marketing programs from ideation to execution.

This role may be based in Seattle, WA, Austin, TX, New York, NY or Arlington, VA. Some travel may be required to meet with stakeholders or attend events.

• Develop and contribute to annual planning and marketing forecasting
• Coordinate strategies across regions and products to meet business goals and support product roadmap launches
• Analyze marketing performance across multiple products and customer segments and lifecycle phases
• Drive progress and coordination through cross-functional partners
Basic qualifications
• 6+ years of marketing experience
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to interpret data and metrics to create marketing strategies that activate customers throughout their lifecycle
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation and ability to create marketing programs to meet customer needs
• High attention to detail with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically ambiguous situations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
• 6+ years of marketing experience
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to interpret data and metrics to create marketing strategies that activate customers throughout their lifecycle
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation and ability to create marketing programs to meet customer needs
• High attention to detail with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically ambiguous situations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
• Experience and/or understanding of B2B marketing best practices
• Experience with lending, payments and/or financial services marketing
• Familiar with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email)
• Ability to create pivot tables, reconcile actual performance metrics against forecasted projections, assess breakeven / cost-benefit analyses
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate and inspire others
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to deliver results; able to have productive discussions on complex topics
• Ability and willingness to operate autonomously, roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done; general manager / owner mentality
