We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can work with the Aladdin Product Marketing team to accelerate impact by supporting go-to-market and growth efforts via scalable programs and processes. The Aladdin Product Marketing team is focused on driving awareness of Aladdin’s capabilities and ensuring organizations maximize value from their use. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Product Marketing leadership; establishing operational best practices and influencing how we work with partner teams across the Aladdin business. This is a highly visible role and a foundational hire for the team.

An ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to spearhead complex operational initiatives at large scale. They have a proven track record of working with senior-level stakeholders on process and system building, are familiar with agile software development methodology, understand the go-to-market planning processes across multiple business functions, and are a self-starter that can manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through delivery.

Primary responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Marketing leads to define and improve go-to-market processes related to new product and feature launches, including but not limited to:
    • Establishing playbooks for bringing new products to market
    • Maintaining materials around messaging, positioning, product strategy, etc.
    • Ensuring consistency in execution and post-launch reporting across the team
  • Deeply understand the go-to-market business planning process and the systems / tools leveraged across the business to establish how Product Marketing plugs in to maximize productivity
  • Manage the planning and execution of Product Marketing led programs including but not limited to product previews, user research initiatives and customer experience programs
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand their needs and ideas on how to better collaborate with Product Marketing and bring them to the team
  • Establish consistent information channels and cadences at various levels of the organization, including business updates to leaders and escalations in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Establish best practices to inform how we operate as a team, foster cross-pollination of ideas, and create opportunities for continuous learning

Essential skills / experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technical program management and/or a project management role supporting new products
    • Experience managing product launches in the SaaS space (fintech a plus)
    • Experience supporting or working very closely with a Product Marketing function
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver communication and reporting to senior leaders
  • Experience managing programs in marketing, sales, product, and/or partnerships and demonstrate an understanding of how these functions interact
  • Technical experience to be able to understand concepts being discussed with the ability to facilitate discussion to enable successful project execution and delivery
  • Ability to drive change and improve efficiency through process and systems building
  • Self-starter and critical thinker who can proactively identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Track record of influencing behaviour at various levels in the organization including cross-functional leaders
  • Entrepreneurial drive and high degree of emotional ownership
