Job summary
The purpose of Amazon Fresh is to provide a large grocery selection ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery of all grocery needs at a great value. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.
IN Fresh is looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and retention for Fresh. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.
As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will own lifecycle marketing programs to improve engagement and retention KPIs All India for our customers. You will also lead customer insighting & VOC programs for the business. You will develop and test promotion, content and communications strategies/campaigns for various customer segments across a variety of channels. You will work cross-functionally across marketing, product, BI and finance leaders. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be the expert on customer behavior and business drivers and ideate new initiatives to improve key engagement, retention, and winback metrics.

Key job responsibilities
• Own Amazon Fresh lifecycle marketing strategy and regular reporting to senior leadership on progress against engagement and retention goals
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns by developing cross-channel strategy, identifying customer segments, and key messages
• Build, test, and optimize engagement and retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, insights; regularly report out metrics
• Generate deep insight about customers and invent new ways to delight and introduce/engage our customers with Amazon Fresh promotions and experiences
• Partner with product and technology teams to identify new opportunities to increase engagement from active and lapsed subscribers.
• Partner with BI on the prioritization of the highest ROI models, reporting, and insight generation that will drive needle-moving retention improvements
• Champion engagement and retention best practices across stakeholder teams
• Contribute regularly to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual planning

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
  • 5+ years of marketing experience

3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record of thinking customer backwards. – Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically. – Ability to prioritize and define roadmap in an ambiguous environment. – 7+ years of overall work experience with 5+ year experience in marketing/product management. – Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results. – Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects. – Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment. – BE/B Tech , MBA Degree Preferred
