TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for regional e-commerce strategy, diverse e-commerce users and GMV growth.
– Devise e-commerce annual tentpole communication strategies and promotional events to strengthen user-end brand perceptions, including but not limited to Super Brand Day and trending product debut.
– Identify highlights and create showcase based on e-commerce IPs and platform attributes, generate marketing cases with industry reach.
– Leverage both internal and external resources effectively. Work closely with XFN teams and manage external stakeholders/suppliers.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years of working experience in marketing and 2+ years in e-commerce marketing.
– Have clear logic, savvy about data analysis. Good at running data-driven product optimization.
– Good project management skills, ideally, have independently led MKT campaigns from creative brainstorming to execution.
– Collaborative, team spirit with proactive attitude.
