About the Role:
TikTok is seeking an Associate Agency Partnership Manager to support our organization out of the New York office. The ideal candidate is interested in growing and developing their sales career as an Agency partnership manager. The candidate will have an understanding of the Big 6 HoldCos work with their OpCos. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding accounts and moving agency partners from a vendor to partner status. You’ll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Agencies & Advertising Technology partners.

Responsibilities:
– Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
– Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across various agency teams;
– Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients and deliver a high level of sales and operational custome rservice
– Create compelling decks for presenting using internal resources and case studies;
– Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
-Identify and keep team apprised on HoldCo news & press
– Maintain monthly product, insights and other platform updates
– Educate agencies on TikTok products, best practices, creative and creator enablement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
– Must be willing to work in New York, NY

Preferred Qualifications:
– Mastery of common business software: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
-Experience in advertising and knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
– Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
– Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
– Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– A team player and collaborator.
– Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
– Experience working with advertising agencies
