The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses adopt the right solutions to grow their business. This role will be a part of the SMB growth team, a function that supports product development and is responsible for go-to-market strategy across marketing and sales channels.

This role will act as “COO” of the SMB ad creative solutions (including Creative Center, Smart Creative, and several new creative tools) and lead a broad set of efforts including leading product go-to-market strategy, and influencing product to identify both short term and long term product opportunities.
Responsibilities
– Uncover main pain points that SMB businesses face when creating video ads on TikTok through research, analysis, qualitative feedback, and direct engagement.
– Build and drive a strategy for SMB ad creative solutions in conjunction with product.
– Work with product to simplify the customer’s creative experience, and support product launches and optimize product conversion funnel via operation levers.
– Define and implement GTM plans that help SMB clients understand what quality creative is and how they can build quality ads at scale
– Guide clients with creative best practices and inspiration via both operation and scaled marketing levers.
– Work cross-functionally and be the liaison between product, marketing and sales.

Qualifications

– BA/BS degree
– Ideally 7+ years in product marketing, consulting, product strategy, growth or equivalent function
– Experience driving business growth through a diversified set of efforts (marketing, sales, product, events, etc)
– Experience collaborating cross-functionally, aligning priorities and building consensus among multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with growth efforts in international markets
– Experience in SMB marketing, video ads, and creative tools
