Job Description

  • GPM (Global Partner Marketing), in GMO (the Global Marketing Organization) inspires and delights Intel’s partners by delivering best-in-class partner marketing aligned to Intel’s vision, to drive mutual growth and to be the partner of choice.
  • IPA (Intel Partner Alliance) Partner Marketing is a new GPM team that is focused on: 1) developing and driving partner marketing at scale with a prioritized set of IPA’s 25k active member partners and 2) streamlining partner marketing journeys to support X-BU priorities.
  • Studio (Intel Partner Marketing Studio) is a resource for Intel partners to access ready-to-use marketing assets and campaigns that they may then use in their own marketing channels.
  • SSP (Software and Services Partners) include ISVs, Global System Integrators, National System Integrators and Cloud ecosystem partners.

The IPA Partner Marketing – Partner Marketing Studio SSP (Software and Services Partners) lead has the following responsibilities:

1. SSP Partner Pass Through Content in Studio

  • Define SSP’s strategic priorities: Per SSP partner type, work w/ SSP leadership in the Global Partners and Support team to translate strategic priorities for SSP Partners into content needs that those partners can find in Studio and use in their marketing channels.
  • Develop SSP pass through assets:
    • Content types may include banner ads, templates (case study, email, social posts), etc.
    • Develop an annual plan that outlines content needs per partner type, to support Intel strategy and messaging. Seek to find commonalities in needs between partner types.
    • Determine whether required content assets currently exist at Intel; translate such assets into the “partner voice” if needed
    • For net new assets, develop an SOW development for content needs and work with an external agency to scope requirements and manage asset production through delivery.
      • Manage Budget: Track budget spend against content deliverables. Create an annual budget ask for future needs.
      • Execute Asset Publishing: Work with Studio team to ensure that content is posted and easily discoverable, possibly requiring the creation of new navigational elements in Studio.
    • Track Asset Performance: Track downloads/usage of assets to ensure asset optimization

2. Studio Roadmap

  • Implement RAD model: Work with the existing Studio team to implement a RAD model for all future Studio features that prioritize features based on greatest Intel/Partner need.
  • Studio Improvement: Capture enhancements needed to resolve issues impacting Studio’s success. Continually improve Studio to delight partners by capturing the voice of the partner, and leveraging insights, research, and support from DSI, agency partners, and other vendors.

A successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • A clear understanding of Intel’s strategy and how to apply it in partner co-marketing activities
  • Familiarity with Intel Partner Alliance and Intel’s Partner Marketing Studio
  • Cross-functional team leadership, strategic thinking and influence/matrix skills
  • Strong program management skills
  • Execution excellence
  • Proven project management skills covering program timelines and budgets.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills to translate cross-org inputs into a clear strategy.
  • Demonstrated creativity, drive, and work ethic to function well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to build broad-based consensus and manage sensitive situations.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

5+ years in sales or marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience working w/ Intel’s Software and Services Partners

– Program management certifications

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
