The Payment Acceptance and Experience Marketing team seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and engagement with Amazon customers globally. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through consumer marketing channels. If you are highly analytical, able to influence and collaborate with multiple partner teams, and passionate about building brands and marketing experimentation, this may be the role for you.

You will be tasked with developing a go-to-market plan, testing new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn’t), and leveraging opportunities to scale programs based on results. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, lead through influence, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

This role may be located in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and execute go-to-market brand plans and marketing experimentation roadmap
• Develop cross-channel branding and messaging strategies, and ensure consistency in communications
• Drive cross-functional discussions and plans from insight through execution
• Use data to ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions
• Analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or product management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfort interacting with all levels of an organization
• Ability to operate cross-functionally, earn trust, and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience marketing payment methods or financial services products
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
• Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment
