About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Co-Brand Marketing Manager to lead in Co-brand Cards & Merchant Services (CMS) team. This is an exciting role that will support and lead customer experience for Co-brand relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing
  • Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • Manage a team or lead virtual cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Prior experience developing credit card marketing strategies that drive customer engagement
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize data and information and drive recommendations and solutions
  • Proven executional skills to manage projects, deliver campaigns and drive initiatives
  • Superior oral, written and visual communication skills
  • Prior experience leading and mapping customer journeys and collaborating with key stakeholder’s cross-functionally

  • Experience collaborating with co-brand partners to drive and deliver cohesive strategy that leverages partner and Wells Fargo channels, assets, and capabilities

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
