Amazon MENA Associates (Affiliate) Business Team is looking for a Marketing Manager to play an integral role in building, adopting, engaging and scaling content creators (media publishers and influencers) and non-traditional partners (banks, Telecom, Fintech, etc..) within KSA.
Key job responsibilities

The Marketing Manager leads end-to-end development of our associates’ pipeline in the KSA. Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that drive competitive advantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives on a global basis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas of Amazon to execute on the relationships. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team
Marketing Manager possess excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. you are a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You strive to answer business/marketing questions, you operate with minimal supervision and you work well in a cross functional environment.
A day in the life
Overseeing large strategic partnerships independently that are considered business critical with significant strategic impact. Drive local relevance and engage with partners by prioritizing a balance between short- and longer-term growth objectives. Developing strong partner relationships that enable renewals and/or necessary amendments of existing contracts. Understanding and applying established investment frameworks to ensure spend efficiency. Working backwards from partners to identify new opportunities to diversify their product mix and improve their spend efficiency. Analyzing market segment data to identify trends/opportunities, as well as assessing and improving business results. Working with Finance, Business Intelligence and Product teams to analyze trends, understand business impact and replicate best practices at scale
About the team
You will be joining our Associates Business team, whose mission is to engage customers in their online journey and influence their product discovery and shopping decisions. Amazon Associates offers traffic diversity through thousands of sites which link to Amazon through content that engages customers at all stages of the purchasing funnel from inspiration, to research, price checks, discovering a deal, or subscribing to a service.
- Native Arabic speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any other related field of study.
- +7 years’ experience in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles in the digital and/or e-commerce space
- Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving problems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
