Industry Marketing Senior Specialist Advisor

Position Overview

Develop and manage marketing programs for the manufacturing industry organization focused on consulting, industry and digital technology solutions.

  • Advise and consult with Consulting and Industry Solution leaders to design outcome-based marketing programs.
  • Ability to present marketing plans to varying levels of leadership.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team members to drive positive results.
  • Develop and lead innovative awareness and demand generation programs that align to the business priorities.
  • Develop and manage marketing programs centered on business and technology content and thought leadership for the Manufacturing and Consumer/Commerical Industries industry organization focused on consulting, industry, and digital technology solutions.
  • Lead effort working with content lead and SMEs to create high quality, impactful marketing and communications content including thought leadership / points of views in assets like blogs, e-books, whitepapers, articles, speaking sessions, and overview decks.
  • Oversee Consulting and Industry website improvements and updates.
  • Effectively and efficiently project manage from ideation to market launch.
  • Identify new and/or emerging marketing opportunities through industry research, events, and news.
  • Manage and adhere to marketing budget, vendor and agency relationships and payments.
  • Evaluate campaign and program KPIs and make recommendations for improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Years of experience in what general areas:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing IT services and/or Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, web, content syndication, messaging, email, overall demand generation capabilities.
  • Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth.

Optional Skills (nice to have):

  • Enjoy working with a diverse team and sharing ideas and creative thinking.
  • Experience working in a variety of industries, ideally manufacturing business.
  • Experience working with Consulting, industry and/or technology groups.
