The SMB Global Business Marketing team fuels the innovative thinking, creative and campaign solutions that imagine the future of TikTok SMB marketing and inform the efforts of the regional SMB marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and creative thinker, but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
– Work with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to identify common SMB marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content.
– Design and oversee the execution of bespoke campaign solutions working in close partnership with PSO, Ecosystem and Sales teams.
– Collaborate with Global SMB marketing counterparts to pilot new campaign approaches and channel strategies
– Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions
– Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities and learnings for the Global Business Marketing SMB team
– Own communication of content strategies and timelines to XFN partners and stakeholders
– Own the development of messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage SMBs in APAC
– Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategy through the management of third party vendors / agencies

Qualifications

– 5-8 years of experience in a strategy or creative strategy role
– A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is needed
– Experience within B2B marketing, top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company
– Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends
– Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
– Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
– Understanding of platforms and social media best practices – especially on TikTok
– Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance
– Excellent communication skills, native level language in either Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesian and fluency in English
