TikTok seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Strategy & Operations team and lead a portfolio of products in Signals, Measurement and Privacy for the South-East Asia markets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying problems and building solutions that help our clients grow their businesses.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for mobile advertising, exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive impact across teams.

Responsibilities
-Define and execute go-to-market for TikTok advertising solutions focusing on signals and measurement segments;
-Lead charter on defining product positioning, messaging, value proposition, and growth;
-Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to influence the advertising product and measurement roadmaps;
-Ensure a market-first approach in go-to-market, identify opportunities to demonstrate how to use TikTok effectively and measure business outcomes
Partner with cross-functional (sales, marketing, client solutions, marketing science, sales operations etc) teams to set goals and develop the growth strategy for focus products;
-Contribute to SEA and APAC business and product growth strategy by advising and influencing leadership on market opportunities;
-Be a champion externally on ways clients can measure business outcomes using TikTok and internally on opportunities for product development/enhancement and processes to support advertiser success
Shape narratives and advocate TikTok’s stance on privacy and advertising
Understand and synthesize implications of regulatory trends and competitive practices around privacy to shape market strategy and product compliance priorities.

Qualifications

-6+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy or product management or relevant experience;
-Experience in taking internet products through the full lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategies;
-Knowledge of measurement and role of signals in the digital advertising industry;
-Ability to translate complex technical information into consumable narrative for internal and external stakeholders;
-A leader that can lead a cross-functional team in an evolving environment and be the data-informed decision-maker.

Preferred Qualifications
-Strong program development and management skills and the ability to drive alignment across a cross-functional team;
-Experience with digital advertising measurement solutions.
