Join us as a B2B Paid Search Manager on our North America Media & Technology team in Austin, Texas and all remote U.S. locations to orchestrate innovative media plans and shape radical new ideas about how to go to market.

What you’ll achieve

As Paid Search Manager, As a Paid Search Manager, you will lead the paid search advertising plan for revenue driving activities – from planning kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, keyword/ad copy reviews, and program optimizations – that achieve sales demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services across B2B sales segments.

You will:

  • Own and strategically manage paid search and shopping programs to drive profitable incremental revenue growth for the B2B segment
  • Lead annual budgets, strategy, plans & KPIs in relation to key business objectives.
  • Take point on the deployment and execution of paid search campaign creative/content for key promotional periods and product expansions. Direct the paid search partnership with Dell’s agency of record to develop, execute, and optimize paid search programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global and regional marketing to align on key business priorities, messaging, roadmaps and timelines
  • Determine most effective media mixes across paid search advertising formats. Meet with key partners to stay up to date on industry trends and seek out new innovative techniques and betas that enhance customer interaction and transaction

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising with an outstanding history of success
  • Experience working with, for, or managing agencies and partners
  • Experience working with various AdTech and Martech common technologies such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, AdThena
  • Strong communication skills to articulate high-level paid search advertising strategy within all levels of the organization while keeping a customer first mindset

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology and/or paid media with an outstanding history of success
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience working with AdTech and Martech technologies such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Google Analytics
