Some of the KPIs you’ll own & drive

Front-end/Engagement-focused: Engagement Rate, Cost per Engagement, Click-thru Rate, clicks to social pages/landing pages

Back-end/Growth-focused: Pipeline Generation | Demand Generation | New Solutions Go-to-Market success & adoption

You’ll be the go-to person for:

  • Performing audience/platform research to inform paid social strategies for new campaigns/initiatives
  • Ensuring paid social strategies complement efforts in other channels such as organic social, paid search, and email
  • Generating effective social copy that highlights campaign value props and resonates with relevant audiences
  • Brainstorming potential imagery for campaigns and working with the Creative team to bring ideas to life
  • Launching ads in platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Creating weekly/monthly reports on paid social campaign(s) performance, along with strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Performing purposeful A/B tests on imagery, copy, etc. that help reveal broader insights/learnings for future campaigns

Get experience with:

  • Owning projects from ideation to execution
  • Competitive research
  • Audience development/enrichment with tools like 6sense and Clearbit
  • Growth-focused copywriting
  • Reporting and data visualization through Salesforce and other tools
  • Managing cross-department communications from collaboration to insight/knowledge sharing
  • Exposure to paid search basics
  • Sales ops & GTM strategy to ensure paid social efforts align with broader business goals


  • Bachelor’s degree or similar college level education
  • 2-4 years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience developing and launching paid social ads in Facebook (Meta) Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience performing effective A/B tests
  • Experience creating and managing pacing documents to ensure proper allocation of monthly/quarterly budgets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Active interest in social and B2B/SaaS industries and latest trends
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo) preferred but not required
