Overview

The Ecosystem and Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for a Senior Lead Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support Intuit’s Mid-Market engagement and Sales handoff initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive customer adoption of the full ecosystem of QuickBooks solutions. We are looking for an individual with prior campaign, nurture retargeting and conversion experience to own end-to-end lead lifecycle strategies. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Marketer to be a trailblazer toward the organization’s future and innovate how we communicate the ecosystem to emerging Mid-Market businesses.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of B2B/B2C lead generation experience.
  • Experience working in environments where both fully digital and sales assisted purchase journeys co-existed is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to drive results and pivot if target metrics are not being met.
  • A strong track record of rallying and uniting partners to work toward shared goals with clarity and purpose.
  • Great storyteller who can communicate complex concepts in an understandable way, while creating a vision and building excitement across the org and with executives.
  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities while narrowing the strategic focus to high-impact near-term levers.
  • Self-starter who sees ambiguity as an opportunity.
  • MarTech experience including SalesForce and marketing automation tools.

How you will lead

  • Develop and drive implementation of digital marketing strategies to generate awareness and demand for all QuickBooks services for both prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop digital, cross-channel nurture campaigns across email, push, sms, in-product communications and direct mail to implement a holistic, Omni-channel nurture approach.
  • Meet or exceed our MQL forecast through rapid iteration of both tried and true strategies as well as innovative new approaches.
  • Create clearly articulated business needs and use cases with the MarTech team to ensure ongoing development of our next generation Marketing Automation platform, and capabilities including improvements to lead scoring.
  • Leverage existing next best action models and help identify new AI opportunities to improve the quality of the MQLs generated.
