These roles will both drive market requirements into product planning to iterate on our existing product set while also building a roadmap for new bets we can pursue. The successful candidate is both data-driven and has the ability to synthesize market trends in media and related business models, and can effectively work with colleagues across the company to drive results. This Product Marketing role is focused on the inbound phase of product marketing with advertisers, content producers (publishers and individual creators) as well as the initial phases of outbound product marketing. Inbound product marketing responsibilities include foundational analysis to identify market needs by producer segment, opportunity sizing, gathering deep feedback from internal and external stakeholders, representing the “View of the Creator” and running alpha and beta testing processes. Outbound product marketing responsibilities include leading launch planning, including associated messaging and positioning. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Media Partnerships, Design, Research, Communications and Marketing teams.This is a full time position.

Product Marketing Manager, Creators Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy by bridging short-term execution (what do we build now?) and long-term vision (where do we have opportunities to unlock value in the future?)
  • Identify opportunities and partner with Product & Engineering teams by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analyses
  • Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements
  • Oversee go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
  • Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including alpha/beta testing & product segmentation/positioning
  • Partner with the Product Management, Media Partnerships, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Communications and other key teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with 3+ years experience working in a product marketing, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements)
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
  • Media or entertainment experiences, including understanding of trends, competitive dynamics and other factors impacting content creators
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Experience in a consumer or business focused technology company
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Strategy experience across advertising or entertainment industries
  • MBA
