Integration Partnership Manager

Are you interested in creating the future of e-commerce shipping? Our team is changing how we interact with customers around the globe, building an exciting and emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.
This is an opportunity to join an expanding team within Amazon Shipping growing our partnerships. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Integrations Partnership Manager to join our Amazon Shipping team. The ideal candidate will be excited by partnering to build scalable mechanisms that contribute to the overall growth of the business and possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. To be able to serve our customers, Amazon Shipping will require an ecosystem of integrations with a variety of e-commerce seller solutions; including order and shipping-related software.
As an Integrations Partnership Manager, you will be the lead owner for a number of our Integrator partners, and grow our existing relationships to better support our customers. This includes, being the day-to-day contact for Integrator Partners, developing product and feature launch plans, feeding areas of improvements to product tech teams, and partnering closely with our B2B Enterprise marketing team to facilitate lead generation activities.

A day in the life
• Ownership of key integrator partnerships and managing day-to-day relationship.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solution Architects, Product/Engineering teams to drive innovation of Amazon Shipping products and features, from concept to launch.
• Continuously capture ‘voice of customer’ feedback from our Integrator partners and feed into roadmap improvements.
• Build go-to-market launch plans for new integrator partners across the EU, including taking best practice from UK launches.
• Analyse priority customer segments within existing Integrator Partners and work with B2B marketing to support lead generation.
• Supporting solve of complex customer interactions alongside Integrator partners.
You are the ideal candidate if:
• You have experience managing Partnerships (preferably technology partners).
• You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner particularly in written form.
• You are a self-starter and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and, often highly ambiguous environment.
• You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, to deliver results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience in Partnerships, Logistics or Program roles
• Experience in managing third party relationships, vendors, agencies
• Demonstrated understanding of customer acquisition strategies
• Ability to work with Technical Product and Program Managers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience within OMS/WMS or worked with Carrier Management Integrators
• Worked in start-up/high growth environment
