The Senior Creative Marketing Manager, Emerging Audiences is responsible for setting strategy for Emerging Audiences campaigns, bringing them to life across all consumer touch-points. You will be responsible for architecting the strategic rollout of our audience-dedicated platforms, building brand awareness and a deeper engagement with Prime Video.

You own the strategic and creative development of targeted campaigns across all marketing channels. Critical to success will be relationship building and an ability to envision and implement comprehensive roll-outs.

Key job responsibilities
• Support Head of Emerging Audience Development in developing overall emerging audience strategy, including creation of goals, approach, architecture, brand management, creative development, cross-functional planning, and overall communication and engagement strategy
• Serve as subject matter expert and champion for emerging audiences (Black, Hispanic, Young Adult, etc.), collaborating with research and insights teams to inform strategy
• Determine always-on touchpoints and strategic beats for emerging audiences and oversee 360 campaign development across all channels (e.g. social, digital, O&O, TV, OOH, experiential and PR) partnering with cross-functional marketing teams
• Manage all operational aspects of campaigns including workflow, timelines, asset development and budget tracking
• Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets
• Collaborate with marketing teams on emerging audience title releases to ensure strategy, creative and tactics leverage audience insights; Join key meetings internally and externally on designated titles to keep abreast of campaign development and provide ongoing input
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, media, etc.
• Oversee creative development; provide creative direction to ensure elements are on brand and aligned with campaign/brand strategy
• Collaborate with media team to ensure inclusive and effective plans for emerging audiences
• Partner with research and insights team to uncover actionable insights to impact strategy and campaign development
• Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems, and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs across all channels
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience developing strategies targeting diverse audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple partners
• Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive marketing strategies
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate successfully with internal partners and stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Operates with significant autonomy
• Demonstrated bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves to get work done, even when outside the scope of the job
• Knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape and streaming platforms
• Experience in entertainment marketing/brand partnerships
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
