About the team:
We are looking for Partnership Managers to join the Key Account Sales Team in London who will focus on Gaming clients, specifically Casual and Hyper Casual market leaders. This team is a critical driver of innovation within TikTok’s Global Business Solutions org and helps support the overall company vision of growing Gaming as an industry synonymous with TikTok.

As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives and drive business growth for our clients with our marketing solutions. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams you will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions for our top gaming partners.

Responsibilities:
– Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
– Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives
– Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices
– Create compelling sales propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights
– Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and contribute to the development of thought leadership

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Experience in either a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consultancy
– Experience working with App clients
– Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing
– Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers
– Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
– Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
– Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends
– Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
