Impact Statement:

The Corporate Event Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Events team with activities related to the coordination of (including but not limited to): client conferences, executive meetings, corporate sponsorship activities and the corporate hospitality and ticketing program.

The Corporate Event Coordinator is a critical support role to the Events Team. The Coordinator will assist the team on-site at events and will have ownership over key parts of the planning and execution of the corporate events program.

The Coordinator is encouraged to create and “own” projects in areas of their specific interest. This role allows for interaction with colleagues across the marketing team and offers the chance to learn about all areas of a global marketing organization.

This is a highly visible role within the Global Marketing Team and organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics prior to and during key corporate events. Includes venue selections, onsite logistics, materials development, audio visual requirements, room set-ups, food and beverage, transportation, etc.
  • Oversee the production of event support materials (signage, invitations, place cards, nametags, etc.); maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist in managing our corporate ticket program including processing requests, distribution of tickets and client follow up; process all related payments and invoices
  • Develop event communications and oversee database management and online registration tools
  • Assist in managing event budgets while ensuring that expenses are within established guidelines; process all related payments and invoices
  • Provide post-event summaries to include attendance statistics, evaluation summaries, and budgets
