The Business Messaging Group’s mission is to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate. Meta’s messaging products – WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger – reach more than 2 billion people and are used by more than 100 million businesses.This role will work with the Business Messaging Group Web Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing, and Centralized Web teams to strategize, prioritize, and execute on A/B and multi-variant tests aimed at increasing our online conversions and website performance across all business lines.

Conversion Rate Optimization Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own CRO and personalization strategy, analytics, and technology.
  • Develop and maintain an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap.
  • Execute continuous optimizations across web surfaces.
  • Create personalized and highly targeted website experiences based on key segments and personas.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience.
  • Analyze optimization performance and provide regular reports and analysis of outcomes and insights of tests.
  • Own paid landing page performance and help increase efficiency from paid programs.
  • Partner with Digital, Field, Content, PMM, and Web Marketing teams to launch new landing pages and onsite experiences to support a variety marketing programs.
  • Report on what learnings and share insights about our CRO efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience finding solutions for complicated problems.
  • Experience thinking analytically and making data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of CRO best practices from latest testing strategies to new technologies.
  • 4+ years of conversion optimization experience.
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools (ex: Mutiny, Optimizely).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics or homegrown tools.
  • Experience storytelling with data.
  • Understanding of paid marketing channels including but not limited to paid social (i.e. LinkedIn), SEM (i.e. Google Ads) and how they interact with website analytics.
  • Understanding of web design and best practices.
