TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in digital advertising platform product marketing to lead the go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and play a pivotal role in influencing the development of the commercial product roadmap. Sitting as part of the Platform team in the Product Strategy & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both sales, markets and product teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
– Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for TikTok monetization products focused on auction-based Vertical Solutions ad products, such as Collection Ads, Catalog and Entertainment Vertical
– Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to drive adoption of key products and solutions
– Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities and customer problems with data driven insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps
– Responsible for market-fit of TikTok’s digital Vertical Solutions ad products in APAC
– Build the communication bridge between APAC and global teams, lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch.
– Be the voice of APAC as expert on digital media landscape, specific to Vertical Solutions, to markets and global teams alike
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy or product management or relevant experience (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market)
– Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and taking internet products through the full lifecycle
– Familiar with APAC Internet & digital advertising or have had experience in either digital advertising agency or digital marketing
– Fluency in English is a must, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Commercial mindset with experience building data-driven business cases to drive strategic product and business investments
– Ability to build project plans and collaborate with team to ensure execution
