Job Description
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and supply information. -Manage the pipeline from the customer demand through the delivery of product. -Understand product roadmaps and sales and marketing strategies to influence customer business. -Maintain integrity of delivery commitment. -Manage demand forecast and track revenue plan of record per account base. BAs gather and clarify business requirements with the customer to understand the business problem. They must understand the customer’s business processes to identify the value drivers associated. More details:- Fulfill customer demand timely with right product mix and volume;Manage demand/supply planning for both tactical and mid-range horizon based on advanced understanding of product transition strategy and customer need;- Manage supply chain between Intel and customers, including order management, shipment delivery, logistics quality, RMA, VMI/Hub and other supply chain solutionto achieve both customer satisfaction and efficiency. Exhibit ability to provide quality input from Biz perspective. – Provide forecast and track revenue vs POR. Clearly articulate revenue projection, risk and opportunities, on account basis. – Perform quarterly revenue closing with timely rebate accrual, and proceed rebate payment in compliance with audit and control requirements.

Qualifications

– Knowledge of business operation and order process, also, customer service related. Better have electronic industry related experiences. -Experience on business analyst analyzing customer demand forecasts and customer service. -Bachelor in business management finance or related More details:- Knowledge of biz, system/tool, process, and organization;- Performs business analysis that demonstrates clear business intelligence, and identifies risks and opportunities, to support management on both short and long term business decisions- Effective stakeholder management and communication capability for internal and external. Rep customer to coordinate and partner with various internal stakeholder to drive solution for customer issue. Effective presentation on account basis.- Plan activities and goals with key success metrics/OKRs; able to forecast and proactively resolve workload imbalance in priorities. Able to solve account related problems with minimal supervision and effectively- Ability to rep team on individual tasks.
