Job summary
Do you want to empower third-party sellers and small businesses to succeed on Amazon? Strategic Account Services (SAS) has a north star vision to provide a suite of services designed to help any Seller, at any point in their selling journey, accelerate growth in the Amazon store.
We’re hiring seasoned marketers to help us drive marketing campaigns that inform, engage and inspire sellers for SAS products, which range from self-serve products and tools (focused on introducing SAS sellers to the benefits of selling through Amazon), to high-touch, concierge products focused on amplifying seller growth. Product marketing managers also work with the Sales acquisition team to provide Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for new and existing SAS products. With multiple products launching in 2022, SAS is uniquely positioned to help any seller, at any part of their seller journey, to grow in the Amazon store. Working inside the SAS ecosystem, you will own marketing for one or more SAS products (paid and/or non-paid) including acquisition, engagement, retention, along with development of marketing assets for the product pilot and launch.

Key job responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and retain, qualified sellers for one or more SAS products (paid/non-paid)
Create, implement, test and measure compelling marketing campaigns to inform and inspire sellers to engage with SAS products
Influence partner teams, Sales and Account management without authority
Work in partnership with communications to create and implement seller communications plans
Provide quality Raise the Bar review for seller communications
Understand and assist in recommending new acquisition channels such as paid advertising, influencer marketing, social, and others

A day in the life
You will use data to create marketing campaigns that drive seller engagement and growth. You’ll use your proven experience in B2B marketing to drive seller modeling, multi-channel marketing strategies, testing and measurement. You’ll be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space and autonomy, and understand the value of a rapid test-and-learn approach. As key stakeholder in the SAS Quality Bar Raiser program, you’ll partner with communications to develop asset templates, input models and measurement mechanisms. You will always champion the seller experience, and will constantly look for ways to improve their experience and help grow their business.

About the team
SAS Marketing, Communications, Change Management and Learning and Development (Marcomm) provides marketing strategies, communications, and compelling content for all sellers across the suite of SAS products. We create and deliver innovative professional training solutions with long-lasting, measurable results, using a Continuous Learning Model (CLM). We drive human-centered change management, improving the experience SAS stakeholders have with business changes to move them to long-term adoption and ownership. Our mental model is that when we inform and inspire our sellers, they’re more likely to engage effectively with our products leading to increased Seller Partner Satisfaction and optimized business growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of progressives responsibility in B2B marketing
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proven track of record of product marketing including marketing workflows, campaign creation, implementation and testing
• Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance•
• 3+ years website, email, and social media content development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in B2B marketing (in house/agency/consultancy)
• Experience working in global organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant major
