The Challenge

Adobe is seeking a creative, data-driven leader to drive strategy and leadership for Adobe Document Cloud (including Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign) on Adobe.com and through resellers/distributors. This leader will be responsible for defining and shaping the end-to-end customer journeys, have an understanding of the competitive marketplace landscape, and designing go to market strategies to drive growth for both existing and new products and services.

The ideal candidate will have high empathy for the customer, with a creative verve and ability to think big about how the market and end-to-end experiences should evolve. They should be a dynamic leader that can balance strategy with execution, and will be an excellent manager with the ability to effectively partner cross-functionally with product management, product development, design, and go to market teams. The successful candidate will need to be thoughtful risk taker who can enable both new customer acquisition as well as long term retention. What you’ll do

  • Lead the overall strategy to drive Adobe leadership in digital documents
  • Partner closely with product management and product led growth on setting overall product strategy and developing product roadmap
  • Develop deep knowledge of the business and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competition, market growth drivers
  • Own annual planning and execution across all routes to market
  • Lead a best-in-class team of product marketing leaders
  • Runs the business by the numbers
  • Define the key indicators for measuring success in the business segment
  • Help shape a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win the category
  • Represent the customer across all journeys to deliver audience needs and seamless journeys

What you’ll need to succeed

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with atleast ten years of software, tech or consulting experience
  • Ability to develop winning strategies and building or launching new initiatives from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Cascade strategies annually and tune quarterly as needed, clearly defining, tracking and reporting performance against plans.
  • Ability to influence and drive impactful customer and business outcomes.
  • Proven excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving amid ambiguity.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
  • Passion for leadership, management, and mentoring.
