We are looking for an experienced brand and marketing manager to help drive the development and management of Macquarie’s brand and its marketing initiatives in the Americas region across multiple business lines, functions, and channels.

In this role, you’ll get to partner closely with our businesses, ranging from investing, advisory and trading activities, to directing our corporate campaigns and community initiatives. You’ll also be supporting Macquarie’s brand globally. Based in New York, you will be a key member of the regional Corporate Affairs team, working closely with specialists covering external communications, content and engagement, and events and sponsorships.

To thrive in this role, you will be an experienced brand and marketing professional with experience working in a commercial brand and marketing environment along with a proven track record of delivering significant or high-profile brand and marketing projects. Excellent communications and presentation skills across written and visual media are essential. Experience in financial services and working on international brands or in a global organization would be welcome, but not essential.

Typical projects will include brand development and management, including the creation of subsidiary brands; creative execution of campaigns; digital marketing; alignment of activity to global brand positioning; measure and assess ongoing impact of brand across external channels and use insights to drive improved performance.

To do this you’ll be a great builder and manager of relationships, in the business and with agencies. You will also be a subject matter expert, across recent market trends and applying best practice to drive our strategy and activity.

About the Financial Management Group

The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie. The group is focused on providing strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie’s businesses and senior management, managing Macquarie’s funding, liquidity and capital position, ensuring Macquarie continues to meet regulatory and compliance obligations and managing Macquarie’s corporate affairs.
